  • Around 6,000 interns and more than 700 medical residents
  • 244 researchers and 405 research students
Key challenge

A strategic challenge: location, connectivity, and efficiency

Healthcare centers face major challenges in managing their equipment: frequent losses, significant time spent searching, and a lack of traceability of their movements. These inefficiencies lead to reduced productivity and make daily operations more difficult for healthcare staff.

As part of a project in collaboration with ITI, these institutions also aimed to modernize their infrastructure by deploying a new Wi-Fi network. However, they were looking for a solution that could easily integrate with existing technologies, without requiring complex work or disrupting ongoing operations.

Provided solution

Reinventing medical equipment management

To address these challenges, we are deploying a tracking system in two hospitals, 15 CHSLDs, and one university institute. This solution enables:

Unlimited access to the IoTcare platform for all relevant staff.

The ability to track an unlimited number of assets in real time.

Seamless integration with existing infrastructures, without additional work.

Comprehensive support, including maintenance, technical assistance, and dedicated training to ensure optimal adoption.

Thanks to this solution, healthcare institutions have a powerful tool to optimize equipment management, improve operational efficiency, and enable teams to focus on what truly matters: patient care.
